SEPA is an association of amateur and professional painters who paint together regularly outdoors in S.E. Ireland. All artists are welcome. SEPA organises Ireland's 'Art in the Open' plein air festival. SEPA membership is free. NB. As with all Paint-Outs posted on Plein Eire, these events are simply notifications of intent by one individual to be at a particular place and time to paint. Each member's participation is entirely at his/her own risk. No responsibility for harm or loss of person or property on the part of anyone else is intended or implied.

Here are a few ideas for paint-out venues. Please add your own suggestions and we'll get a schedule together for the coming weeks. Your addfitional recommendations welcome.

As ever, it is weather permitting, so in case the organiser needs to cancel, please indicate by RSVP for each event so a single message will let everyone know if an event is 'On' or 'Off'.

In particular, it seems smaller villages where we have access to coffee and a bite and a chance to say'hello' are sought-after venues. Here are some suggestions:

Comment by Louise Treacy on January 1, 2015 at 21:10: Michael the pub is right beside the mill on the ba ack road from killnick to the island alternatively go to the turn off for Carne turn right just before butler pub, turn left about500 yards up the road then just drive till you get to the Mill house pub Aka Jerry Meylers great spot for pint and grub!!
