SEPA is an association of amateur and professional painters who paint together regularly outdoors in S.E. Ireland. All artists are welcome. SEPA organises Ireland's 'Art in the Open' plein air festival. SEPA membership is free. NB. As with all Paint-Outs posted on Plein Eire, these events are simply notifications of intent by one individual to be at a particular place and time to paint. Each member's participation is entirely at his/her own risk. No responsibility for harm or loss of person or property on the part of anyone else is intended or implied.

Here are a few ideas for paint-out venues. Please add your own suggestions and we'll get a schedule together for the coming weeks. Your addfitional recommendations welcome.
Dunamore Wood (Borodale) (no facilities)
The Still Pond, near Enniscorthy
As ever, it is weather permitting, so in case the organiser needs to cancel, please indicate by RSVP for each event so a single message will let everyone know if an event is 'On' or 'Off'.
In particular, it seems smaller villages where we have access to coffee and a bite and a chance to say'hello' are sought-after venues. Here are some suggestions:
Duncormick, Screen, Killinick, Lady's Island, Clohamon, Saltmills, Slade

Any SE Plein Air members on the Waterford/ Topperary side may be interested in this paint-out in Ardmore...http://pleineire.ning.com/events/ardmore-paintout?xg_source=activity
There's that rusty old hulk near Saltmills although the nearest coffee is the Gala up in Saltmills village. Good to paint it before it rusts away but as a subject, its not everyone's cup of tea. But I'm open to any other suggestions?
(The Port Lairge was the last working steam ship in Ireland based in Waterford. Her rusting hulk now lies beached in Bannow Bay near Saltmills).

I'll head out somewhere on Sunday if this forecast holds good.
