oops I need to re-post as I accidentally pressed delete!

Hi Boyne Valley plein air people!

Last January or thereabouts we said at the pub that day that you will all be welcome to come in turn for a self catering couple of days in our newly done up chalets?

We are now delighted to welcome you all to sunny South Wexford where the scenery starts on the doorstep of our farmhouse.  You can check out the townland on Google Maps , its called Reedstown,  southeast of Tacumshane, in between Lady's Island Lake and Lake Tacumshane.  It's  a short 25 minute walk down the fields onto Rostoonstown Strand on the southern coast of Wexford.  All you hardy folk, don't even think of swimming on the local beach, we have been warned its not safe for swimmers.  But its very beautiful in a wild sort of way, bring sturdy walking boots if you want to stroll there.

It's first come first served, subject to availability.   We are offering this free of charge to our Boyne Valley friends, as a once off at the least.   Already we have some commercial bookings . Not all the tariffs have been set, but any commercial bookings by our artist  friends will be at a 20% discount.

There are two apartments one small one large. At time of writing only the large apartment is ready for use.

The smaller apartment or the two could comfortably accommodate two people; three with  the fold-out futon.

The larger apartment will easily sleep three in one room;  and could sleep one or two extra persons if we use the sofa bed in the living area, what do you think?

Both apartments have electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine.   Please email jm2833530@gmail.com for further details and to make any suggestions you can think of.  If you have a Google email address, you will also have Google calendar, which I may use to show available dates.

There may be a few utensils etc., we have overlooked to provide, and we will appreciate your comments in this regard.

Also encouraged are any other suggestions you might want us to consider.

Don't forget your paints.  The weather here tends to be a little drier, warmer and sunnier than further north.  You could tie in with the SEPA paint-outs as well, where you can meet the other painters. Their activities are posted up on the pleineire website.  So there you are, figure out when might suit you, and we hope to see you all in turn soon!

Don't miss this amazing opportunity!

I've just spent two days with John & Dee, and the immediate countryside is stunning.  I'll be back!
