John that's a great one, You are able to make the medium do anything you want, from the majesty of the Cooleys to the movement and action of the Liffey rapids, all are grist to your mill.

Wonderful John, it is a wonderful mix of the colours of the day. We were at the weir in st Catherine's park. Paddy has about 20 odd medals from doing the Liffey Descent
