Hi All, We note the weather is unpredictable and there may be rain. WE have therefore are organizing some indoor venues.  There are some lovely pubs and cafes , supermarkets etc also for interiors views. It is unlikely that oil paint will be acceptable indoors so we recommend you bring sketchbooks, pastels, charcoal, gouache or watercolor with you, and wipes for cleaning afterwards.   For ten years in a row  we have had good weather, but I have to admit it's unlikely.BUT WE"D STILL LOVE TO SEE…See More

Hi Patricia I'd love you to join. Our next day out painting is in Roundstone at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday 23rd May. Meeting at top of village in car park opposite Vaughan's hotel - you probably know it. I'll send you invite to join Plein Eire West and you just follow the screen instructions - it should work ok. Bye for now John

Very nice paintings. They have a very soft, atmospheric feel to many of them. I especially like the one of the road going along side the water, which has a super sense of depth.

Will check Patricia tomorrow, but I think you may be right - it rings a faint bell about Macs.
I'm sure you've tried typing the website directly, and not as a link?
No need to reply.

Hi Patricia
I've just added this bit of info tonight, but since your comment I tried it myself and the link worked. If you try it again and it doesn't work, I'll ask my web developer what might be causing it. I've a feeling he said once that certain web browsers might have difficulties if they can't handle particular software things that are involved with certain websites.
Please let me know if you are still having trouble with it. And welcome !
John
