Sally another beautiful rendition of your back yard, no bluebells here but I will be planting loads come autumn, take care

Thanks to Kyrle, Noel and Kevin for those nice remarks and another thanks to Noel and Kevin for their advice re bluebells. I agree with you there. What should i have done to make them stand out from their background.

Ah Sally, Sally.....what can one say? Beautiful as ever and those greens again, scrumptious! I am so honoured to have one of yours on my wall at home. I am no oils expert, but I agree with Noel's suggestion, with watercolour, Winsor violet seems to work well for bluebells.

You have a great control over your green mixing. Might be a good lesson for us all. Maybe you could try the blue bells a little more purple.
