I'm in Belmont nursing home now.  Hopping mad that I'm missing all this beautiful painting weather.

But I have a lovely view, and a friend is   bringing in some of my painting gear.

Enjoy Balbriggan on Saturday!

Good to hear you have the op over Valerie.  Do all those exercises and you'll be plein airing again in no time.  Best wishes.

We look forward to having you back Cinnie.  Look after yourself well and please God you'll be back before long.

I think of you all as you paint out in all those lovely locations, and I was sorry to miss the Summer BV Exhibition. I am still not out of the woods, but look forward to  joining the group again asap..... when I am back on my feet.  Very best of luck to Valerie with your new knee.

Carla and I spent two days in the large chalet doing a test run as it were. It is very well appointed and comfortable. Once a few adjustments are made it will be really nice. We are going back for the AITO Workshops and probably the Open itself.

We were lucky with weather as it was a balmy day which we spent out in the fields painting. I think it can be quite windy there though. So go prepared to paint and be a bit windswept. I will post one of the paintings I did there later.
