Well hello there!
It's Friday again, how the time flies. This Sunday we are going to keep it nice and central - seeing as the weather isn't the nicest! The RHA has some interesting new exhibits taking place so I'm sure there will be something for everyone! Meeting at 2pm, inside the main door and back there again at 4pm. We will most likely go to a cafe on Baggott Street afterwards as the cafe in the RHA closes before we finish up.

Your Plein Eire profile page or 'My Page' is a shop window for your art on the web. If you google yourself, your page will come up somewhere in Google's list and the more you post and interact, the higher it will appear on the list.
While membership of Plein Eire is open only to artists, we know the site is visited by galleries and buyers who have bought paintings and given commissions on the basis of what they have found here. So how your window to the…

My plein air painting of an Irish cottage at our local Frontier Culture Museum, here in Virginia, USA was the first painting/artist featured on the website, "Irish Fireside". Plein Eire was mentioned in the short article with the painting. I thought you all would be interested in seeing it. The site is very nice, and they have a fun podcast series too. Enjoy!

The Sub House
8"x10" oil on linen panel
This is a great, quirky house on Topsail Island, North Carolina, USA. They painted it like a "yellow submarine", complete with a plaque that names it as The Sub House, with a yellow sub, like from the Beatles' album. That dates me. I loved the wild…

Hi all,
This Sunday we will meet at the Merrion Square entrance to the National Art Gallery - at 2pm. This is the entrance to the older part of the Gallery and from there you can disperse and enjoy whichever areas of the Gallery you wish. Others may wish to spend time outdoors in Merrion Square - up to you!
Meet up again at 4pm at the lovely café over in the new wing of the Gallery.
Hope to see you…
