Lovely painting, Sally.    Wonderful contrast between the rugged trees  and the delicate pastel tones of the flowers.

Norah and Kyrle. Thank you both for your comments.  Whenever I go away I bring the materials with me. And NEVER use them. This time I was determined.  The orchard was part of the Air B&B we were staying in so was nice and close to ‘home’

Sally your apple tree is beautifully painted.i magnified it and the moss lichen and light on the flowers is spring.  It was freezing here too but I hear weather is warming g up for Easter.

Very nice Sally, great trees and flowers, was that done today (saturday 13th)? and where was it?, if it was Howth I too was frozen.
