The North West Painters Lost one of its founding members earlier this week. Niel Carrigan  His day to day job was as a school teacher but at the weekends he was an avid out door painter, who enjoyed the challenge's of painting the light, around and on the landscape, no matter what the weather and believe you me, we painted in some weather conditions, from wind swept to bright sunny days.
