I really like this one Sally, It's a lovely composition, and that sky!! and that water!!, I struggled with those all day. The whole painting has a beautiful classical look and feel to it,

Bravo!, that and your "Not Wanted" are best yet I think.

How beautifully painted Sally, the trees and sky are stunning - all so soft and serene. Is that in the hotel lake area or down in the town at the lake ? I have photos somewhere of a heron sitting in trees like those taken from the car park in the town near the school. Its from the times before digital photos so I have no idea if I still have have it stored somewhere. Its wonderful to see paintings from paint outs when we are not able to make it ourselves, thanks for posting it.
