Thanks Sally, It was so wet up there the colours ran wherever they liked I just tried to keep them on the page, but it was very enjoyable, It's a beautiful place all the same. I'd love to go nearer down to the water itself some other time and do a bigger oil/acrylic painting.

This is lovely, Kyrle.  very atmospheric. You have very expertly washed in those reds and blues into the greens and positioned them around the picture  Or am i showing my ignorance here. . I like your two cleverly placed golden highlights at the waters edge.  Very effective composition all round.

Thanks Norah, It was a wet day, but very enjoyable, We missed you but I am glad you didn't take the risk to come, Its hard to shake the Chest infection

Ive been there but i havent done anything like this Kyrle, its heaped with atmosphere ,,beautifully painted
