SEPA is an association of amateur and professional painters who paint together regularly outdoors in S.E. Ireland. All artists are welcome. SEPA organises Ireland's 'Art in the Open' plein air festival. SEPA membership is free. NB. As with all Paint-Outs posted on Plein Eire, these events are simply notifications of intent by one individual to be at a particular place and time to paint. Each member's participation is entirely at his/her own risk. No responsibility for harm or loss of person or property on the part of anyone else is intended or implied.

Here are a few ideas for paint-out venues. Please add your own suggestions and we'll get a schedule together for the coming weeks. Your addfitional recommendations welcome.
Dunamore Wood (Borodale) (no facilities)
The Still Pond, near Enniscorthy
As ever, it is weather permitting, so in case the organiser needs to cancel, please indicate by RSVP for each event so a single message will let everyone know if an event is 'On' or 'Off'.
In particular, it seems smaller villages where we have access to coffee and a bite and a chance to say'hello' are sought-after venues. Here are some suggestions:
Duncormick, Screen, Killinick, Lady's Island, Clohamon, Saltmills, Slade

Give it a go !!!!
March 1 Clonegal - Neil O'Keeffe
March 15 Kilmore Village - John Moriarty
March 29 Altamont Gardens - Dick Donaghue
April 12 Tintern Abbey - Jan Ryan
April 26 St Mullins - To be confirmed
Will you post an event then for St Mullins on 26th April, Louise? Should be lovely there at that time of year. That should be enough for us at the moment (as a schedule of events). Nothing to stop anyone posting other events in between these of course and using the "Friends" messaging option to alert others.
I was thinking about Borodale too, but there are no facilities and no obvious place to meet up afterwards.
You'll probably find spring flowers at Borodale Wood, too?
I'd be on for it, Annie. I think the weather forecast is fairly OK too. Do you want to put it up as an event - I think now you may have the option to send a group message after doing so - if not let me know and I'll send the message after you've posted it.
We have scheduled Altmont Gardens for later in March already. But going twice is no prob if people want to go this weekend. Might consider it.
Great to see lots of events coming up. Would anyone fancy Altomont Gardens this sunday 22nd Feb the snowdrops should still be there. meet at the Forge cafe on the left just before turning for Altomont on the right at 10 45
