SEPA is an association of amateur and professional painters who paint together regularly outdoors in S.E. Ireland. All artists are welcome. SEPA organises Ireland's 'Art in the Open' plein air festival. SEPA membership is free. NB. As with all Paint-Outs posted on Plein Eire, these events are simply notifications of intent by one individual to be at a particular place and time to paint. Each member's participation is entirely at his/her own risk. No responsibility for harm or loss of person or property on the part of anyone else is intended or implied.

Here are a few ideas for paint-out venues. Please add your own suggestions and we'll get a schedule together for the coming weeks. Your addfitional recommendations welcome.
Dunamore Wood (Borodale) (no facilities)
The Still Pond, near Enniscorthy
As ever, it is weather permitting, so in case the organiser needs to cancel, please indicate by RSVP for each event so a single message will let everyone know if an event is 'On' or 'Off'.
In particular, it seems smaller villages where we have access to coffee and a bite and a chance to say'hello' are sought-after venues. Here are some suggestions:
Duncormick, Screen, Killinick, Lady's Island, Clohamon, Saltmills, Slade

I am very sad to hear about Terence passing. He was so kind and full of wit and also a very good and talented artist.
Very sad news. A true gentleman. May he Rest In Peace.
I am deeply saddened to learn of Terrence's demise. He was a great man, a good painter, and he showed an extraordinary knowledge of so many things.
Terrence was indeed a true gentleman, he often joined us and it was a pleasure to have his company, his wide cheeky grin which followed a witty comment was always sure to cheer us up.
Terry always brightened up the day, when he turned up for a paint-out. I'll miss our discussions (sometimes borderline arguments!) about painting. A huge intellect, but beneath it all a true gentleman and just a really nice guy.
Sad to report the news that our friend Terence Gillespie died in hospital today. He was a quiet man and a true gentleman who loved company and painting and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him and especially his dear wife, Nancy.
