Event Description

This saturday we make a return trip to Lucan where you can paint the river Liffey as it winds its  way through Co.Kildare and Dublin or  the beautiful autumn colour in Lucan Demesne/St.Catherines, or for those of you looking for canal barges we have Hazelhatch or the canal between Lucan and Leixlip and then the lovely old cottages in the Lucan area.  I will have directions to any of these places with me on sat

Its a bit cold there every sunday Frank but you have great company - best of luck with the sales, I liked the look of this old bike on the barge but dont think yours would fit

Hazelhatch photos look great. Hope we get back there sometime! Did my first day on Merrion Square yesterday, Sunday. My pitch is next door to Dee Crowe. Great bunch of artists, bit cold but first sale, yippee!

That pub at Hazelhatch doesnt do food but we had a very welcome hot cuppa and chocolate and a lovely hot stove ! good place for another paintout !

Thanks Norah for todays paint out. I had forgotten how lovely Lucan village is, especially in the autumn colours, and the Liffey. Magic!

I have checked with Norah, just to let everyone know the map that comes up from the link showing the cafe beside the Phoenix Park is incorrect.   The  cafe is on Main Street,   Lucan.
