You'd want to be 'LOONEY' to try!!! It's very wet & windy here at the moment and apparently to get worse! Maybe next time! My cat has the right idea...curled up in me bed all day!

A month already since the last nocturne!! Next full moon is this Friday, so a group of us are meeting in Rosslare Strand Village around 6.30. If you can't make the venue, try somewhere closer to home. It's really interesting trying to capture the light effects at night from the moon or artificial light, and I recommend you give it a go..nothing ventured and all that.... Hope to see you there!

Comment by Karen Scannell on January 18, 2011 at 22:05: Beautiful weather Forecast for tomorrow night. I'm heading for the Quay in Wexford for about 5pm, and will stay till around 7pm. If anyone is interested in coming along, or if your thinking of coming a bit later, let me know . Make sure your warm, bring a flask of "something", a little light can help to see your palette, or use the lights on the Quay. Hope to see you there!

If you can't make the venue, enjoy painting in your "neck of the woods"!!
