Gaeltacht thair tir Chona - MEVAGH CEMETARY

The paintout on Saturday, 16 March 2024 is at MevAgh cemetery located off to the north east of Downings off R248 with its 11/12th century cross, church ruins, mass rock, and views across the bay. 

We will be meeting shortly after 10am in The Galley on the Main street in Downings (F92 W016 as it opens only at 10am) and make our way from there.

The weather being the weather in Donegal, it is hard to predict what it will be so be prepared for all seasons with layers to add on or take off. Rain gear is a given along with a light lunch, hot or cold drink, chair and of course your art materials or whatever you want to spend your time with. All are welcome to come along in body - and mind.
