Gaeltacht thair tir Chona - KILLYBEGS

The paintout this Saturday, 14 December 2024 is in Killybegs town, home to the largest fishing port in Ireland, once upon a time monastic settlement as well as subjected to the O’Malley’s pirates, … to offer just a snapshot of its history. We will be meeting at Ahoy Cafe on the Shore road in the center of town (F92 V322) just after 10am in the center of town.

The week is expected to be cold so take care while driving, wrap yourself up nicely, bring what you need to stay warm and comfy for the duration of the paintout or as long as you are staying. Rain gear is probably a must close to the water and let’s not forget a snack or light lunch, hot drink, chair and - your art materials or whatever you want to spend your time with. All are welcome to come along in body - and mind.
