Event Description
Trim, Co.Meath is bursting with medieval monuments, not least Trim Castle, famous in our time as the setting of Braveheart. I myself hope to paint at the Priory of St.John the Baptist just outside the town on the banks of the Boyne on the R154. There happens to be an attractive pub - one of the oldest in Ireland, nearby.
But we meet for coffee as usual at 11 am, in the coffee shop of the Castle Hotel opposite the castle!. Hope to see you there.
