Event Description

4-Day Plein Air Painting Festival in the UK, followed by an evening exhibition from 6.30pm on Monday 28th September. Unsold work to be picked up by 10am the following morning.

There are recommended locations but each artist can go off and paint wherever he/she wishes.

Registration £75 (Approx €110).

Comment by Tony Robinson on September 20, 2015 at 0:26: Back this week from 'Paint Out Wells-next-the-Sea' which is very close to this location on the North Norfolk coast. It is a lovely setting and you can see the attraction of 'big skies' and tidal boats which drew painters to this part of England in the past. I was also lucky to meet Plein Eire member Mo Teeuw who joined the POW group for a day's painting. It is a long haul by car from Fishguard but if you can, it will be worthwhile. 'Paint Out Norwich' follows in October.

Recent AITO participants attending include Colin Joyce, Julian Lovegrove and Vicki Norman. I won't be able to make it on this occasion but 'good luck' to anyone who can.
