Annie Cahill, Phil Hofler, Tom King, George McHugh, Neil O'Keeffe, Tony Robinson, Karen Scannell and Louise Treacy gotr their brushes wet in and around the village of Duncormick for a first paint-out of 2014. Most of the group settled in nearby Cullenstown where there is an amazing piece of 'outsider art';…

I thought we were friends already on Plein Eire. Does this mean that after all this time of being nice to you it was not necessary? If only I had known! Well I suppose its a bit late now so I better just carry on as before!

 All the Best - Tom

Tony - just checking back to see if you got my email about staying in Wexford.  I already applied and was looking for an end date so I could see about adding on a couple more days at the end--or beginning.  Hope all is well.  I'll be seeing your Mayor and a few others in Annapolis next week.

I will try not to totally disappear!  I like your painting style - very fresh and impressionistic.  It's amazing to me that you all paint in winter when it is so cold.  This talk of gloves with the finger tips cut off...and I think twice before going out to paint in "sub-sixty" weather.

Hello Tony, thank you for your comment, I really enjoyed being outdoors, it was my first time so didnt really know what to expect, but it was great experience. And people were coming up and peeking from behind. It was very windy day, rain but only for a five minutes but stayed cloudy and grey. Definitely going to do it again, ill try to get out to the hill of Connemara this weekend.
