Ballycross Apple Farm at Meet in the coffee shop at 12 or see you around the place

October 14, 2018 from 12pm to 6pm
Sunday looks like the best day of the week so long as storm Callum heads off when he’s supposed to. Ballycross has lots of apple laden trees, animals, cafe, stables etc and also fields of pumpkins which I thought might be fun to paint before they’re all harvested! Hope to see ye there!See More

Hi Shiela, Not sure if your 'friend' request was intentional or not but I do follow the plein eire site. I am trying to develope some skill at outdoor painting but still quite a novice. Someday!!?  Regards Deirdre

We were thinking of Duncormack for next Sunday. But there are no facilities there. So we are now thinking if Wellington Bridge where there is a petrol station with toilet and a pub for lunches. Coffee can be got in the petrol station etc. And from there go out the road about 5 mins and there is a parking place where we can paint the estuary and the castle across the river. What do you think?
