Figured out the blog section...

It has taken me awhile to figure out where the blog is, and what to do. Not sure why it took me so long! I still haven't gotten the setup right, as I was trying to put the painting in the middle of the screen. Ah well. I haven't been painting outside lately, as I am getting ready to go for a two week artist residency in Acadia National Park, in Maine, USA. Part of my family will come up for the second week, which will be really nice. I am working on a personal painting challenge, "100 paintings in 100 days". This little painting is a 6x6" oil on linen panel. It is #6 of my 100 in 100. The photo isn't very sharp. Fun to work with the reflections.

That's a mighty challenge for yourself, Elaine. But anyone would have to improve by putting those 'hard yards' of canvas behind them.
