You know who you are, but I'd like to personally thank Louise, Alex,Tony,Kevin and Karen and thanks to everyone else who organised such a brilliant weekend / two weeks, ye deserve all credit and probably a much needed rest after all yere efforts. I think I can speak for all of us in saying that we had a great time of it. I've rarely painted so much in so short a space of time. Also I tackled oils on the spot for the first time in plein air (see below) and it was a terrific experience - cheers for all the tips and encouragement folks. Will be doing more on a regular basis.

Thanks James, as Tony says , the people made the festival. All the talented and enthousiastic participants contributed to make it the success it was.
Great to see your pathway in the woods at Curracloe as I didn't get to see it on the day. I remember you being struck by the view and well captured.

Thanks for the kind words, James. Anyone involved at this end is privileged to meet so many great people who came down and made the event what it was. But the main reason I'm writing is because that view through the woods at Curracloe is a knockout. Absolutely a fabulous piece of work.
