Yes, eight painters sat and had the craic in Sage and Stone while the sun shone outside. We waited for the rain and THEN we went out to paint. But Frank came well prepared - note umbrella.

PEBV Paintout Beaulieu House and Gardens 31.08.2013

Girding our loins with breakfast/coffee at Baltray Golf Club before setting off for nearby Beaulieu Gardens. Great to see again Claire, Rose and John (O'Flynn) and to welcome Diane, James and Jessica. Also present in the photo - Deirdre and John, Ann, Caroline, Sean, Kay and myself. I suppose we do look a bit glum. But that was because Norah was not in the picture. She was taking it. We had what you might call a civic reception in Trim.
