Another lovely day yesterday at one of the beaches near Sutton - Sally found some lovely wild roses and those grasses were magnificient

Thanks to Dee Shanny for organising todays paint out - wonderful location near the Snailbox.  Great food and as always great company and chat. Thanks Dee for  taking all these photos - I see my name on them but thats from the picassa editor and I cant remember how to take it off lol

It was great to have a place inside to paint but with so much light - surrounded by geraniums and bouganvilla and a few bees humming

Another lovely day at the weir at Lucan Demesne - even though it was frosty and foggy this morning it was not actually too cold - no wind ! Thanks to all who turned up on a cold morning and for rescuing me from that fall - better to check what is behind you before you step back to view your painting and thank goodness it wasnt in to the Liffey for me this time ! …

I headed out again today as I had lots of paint left on my palette from yesterday - I recently got a new pochade box from Open boxM and it is great for just keeping bag loaded and ready to go when the weather is good - I had trouble with that sky and had to wipe it all out - it changed so fast and the flies were a nuisance but the surroundings were beautiful and the camera doesnt capture all the colours and details (unless your name is Sean )…
