Hi Helder Normally I coat a sheet of thick watercolour paper or foamboard (carton pluma) with 2 coats of colourfix pastel primer when I am painting pastels on location.
Thanks for your comments Helder. I painted that bridge on numerous occasions.Edenvale is a beautiful place with three waterfalls about half a mile further on from the bridge, you might like to see some photos of our paintout there on this link:
