Thanks Meg and Sally for your interesting comments.  I didn't mean it to be "macabre", but if memory serves me right there  is a  ghost wandering around inside.

Great painting again Sean. Very spooky.   I see Google are using a castle for their little logo.  They could do worse than use yours.

Thanks Norah and Pat for your kind remarks.   Yes, that was a bit of candle wax I was using to retain a flicker of light in the grey sky.   The shape needs to be a bit more organic than it is.

Great work Sean, those darks make the castle really stand out, is that wax you used in the sky ? Love the atmosphere you created
