Thank you for the kind comments guys. I thought the location was excellent. Lucky I got to do this at all as the rain and wind really were annoying towards the end.

Your painting really explains the setting of the windmill, Patrick. A very strong image, a bit like the Angel of the North with the outstretched arms.
