A wonderful tribute to our fellow-artists of a 1000 years ago,  whose reward would have been very little.  Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose!

Very cleverly executed to get the round tower AND the high cross in together.  And the panels on the cross are very well depicted with effective highlights.
