My first from last Sunday's (2 July) SEPA paint-out. I got there early, having checked the tides the evening before - always easier and more interesting to paint boats that aren't floating. They also tend to be stationery and are unlikely to leave half-way through the painting!
It's oil 11" x 14" MDF Board.

Good tip, I might now consider boats as subject matter!
Thanks Meg. When you start thinking about interesting shapes as part of composition, the more random the better. That's why I love to see boats drop into all sort of angles at low tide.
