Event Description
Come join in the fun and craic this coming saturday in the picturesque village of Slane Co Meath.It boasts of jaw dropping sights like Slane castle, the meandering river Boyne, monasteries, weirs, hills, Gate lodges ,Georgian industrial architecture of the old ( mill seen as you approach slane from the n2 on your right) .The village it self is quaint in its demeanour, and show cases 2 art galleries, a local craft shop, a recently refurbished hotel, and plenty more for the discerning visitor and plein air artist.all welcome.looking forward to seeing you there.

Dee.. you did not mention the Tree of Lebanon (Cedrus Libani) at the Square in Slane where four great houses stand...perhaps I might paint this part of the town
on Saturday By the way I am only joking ...you have mentioned a years work for any artist that may visit this great town
