Saltmills Village - Co. Wexford

Village  Coordinates: 52°13′19″N 6°49′37″W (check before you go)

Saltmills Village , Co. Wexford is the location for this weeks " impromptu paint out". This little village is often overshadowed , by it's neighbor Tintern Abbey. Mud Flats, bridge, a wrecked boat, some interesting back gardens...and with a little exploring there is a walkway which leads to Tintern Abbey. There is an old Steamboat - possibly the last that worked in Ireland, a short distance away, while Baginbun is about four miles away.

The village is basically one long street, so be careful where you park. There is one shop, and supposedly a pub , which we'll have to investigate :)

10.30 am - find parking and you won't miss us

11am - off to paint

1.30pm - break for lunch

2.30pm - back to work

4.30pm - wrap up the day
