Event Description

Following success of April's Paint Out, and now that we have begun to escape central Dublin, I will nominate my stomping ground, somewhere equidistant as Sandycove from city centre, but on the north side - Bull Island. You might need to get into your car and drive around to find a painting spot, the area is large but there are many conditions about : windswept dunes and beach, bathing shelters, boats, wooden bridge; if you don't like sea and sand St Anne's Park is an alternative: woodland, meadow, lake, follys, Rose Garden, Red Stables. Meet to introduce and fortify ourselves with a cuppa at "Bay" Restaurant (see link) at 11.15-30. Hope to see you there! - John O F
