"Painting A Brave Face !"
Anne and Karina in Courtown Harbor today.....
Winter has well and truly arrived, with the bravest of the brave venturing out to paint Courtown Harbor in Artic weather. I think we must have some of the hardiest Plein Air Painters .
If we learned anything today, it's to bring wet gear from now on, the thermals (one or two layers) have been put back into action...and I think an investment into some decent wellies is on the cards !!!
A powerful seafront was a magnet to some, while others ventured to new territory, exploring the woodlands near Courtown. Against all the odds a really enjoyable, and inspiring day !
Thanks to all who could make it, and those who were with us in spirit ( I don't mean the dead kind)
George, Marie- Christine,Phil, Karina, Anne, Geraldine, Lize, Terrence. I hope your all at home, snug and dry by now !!
