Hi Tommy and welcome to Plein Eire.
The site started in Ireland but has members from further afield now, including the USA, Scandinavia, Holland, France, Portugal and of course, the UK. If you have friends near you who like to paint outdoors you are welcome to start one of our Group pages to invite them and arrange paint-outs.
If you don't have such a network yet, you are welcome to post your own plein air paintings and join in any discussions on the Forum etc.
