"Dublin artist, Eamon Regan showcases a selection of his architectural paintings in his first solo exhibition at Dublins newest gallery, Gallery 27, in June.
Eamon is a figurative painter and his work is centered on the Irish landscape, both vernacular and modern. He is also interested in contemporary still life, with the work of Charles Brady and Morandi being greatly influential to him. As an architect he is particularly interested in the subject of urban art in his painting practice.
Regan studied Art and Architecture at the Kunstakademy Art School in Copenhagen and at the School of Architecture, at UCD. He has being involved with painting from an early and went on to study Fine Art at NCAD. He has exhibited at many group exhibitions throughout Ireland."
