Hey Maureen,

well I had an ulterior motive to contact you, as I am a member of Drink and Draw Cork and I also head up 'Sceitse' another sketch group in Cork.

The reason for contacting was I just wanted to mention that we have just setup the "Sketch Ireland Network", and we are thinking of creating it as an umbrella for all sketch groups in Ireland:

It will probably just be a facebook group to start with but it will list all the groups in Ireland and their perspective counties and allow each of us to talk to each and perhaps meet up now and again.

Also perhaps  it can be a central hub where we can promote together, that if someone is looking for a sketch group in their area they may find it here. Or if a sketcher is going to sligo or Belfast for a trip at a certain time, they can connect with other sketchers there as well. But we could also perhap promote events there, so like if a Dublin sketchers meetup is on, ye can post it on the Sketch Ireland Network, same with the drink and drawers etc.
