Something about warm weather makes one seek out the waterside of anyplace nearby. As the sun was falling on this late afternoon, it peeked through the dark canopy made by these towering pine trees near the small town of Wimberly, Texas.

Catherine, you did a good job on the cool bright sunlight on the rocks.  I struggle with that!  We should paint together sometime, I live in SA...

Lovely colors.  I can feel the heat in the sun, and how much cooler it feelss under the trees.
