Here is a Belfast website it might interest you Sally. They are organizing a one day tour of all the artists studios, galleries and the other art sites in the city. We went last year and enjoyed a lot.

Your fisherman with his red car is very subtle in your painting..I also like the reflection of the car on the water.

Beautifully balanced colors, beautiful atmosphere with the fisherman, intimate memory of the day. It is very nice painting, I love this..

This part of the Boyne is tidal and I painted from the river bed when the tide was out. Can you spot the kind fisherman? He came all the way over after about an hour and a half to made sure I was alright and that I understood about the tide. I did know about it but I didn't realise that It could surround you so quickly! Had to make a hasty retreat in the end. There was a great run of salmon that day by the way.
