While others are sipping wine at exhibitions or painting from a cosy corner of their house for December Challenge the Boyne Valley Plein Eirers will be out en plein air on the banks of the Boyne in Slane. Come and join us. If you haven't been with us before, don't worry, we can spot a plein eirer at 50yds.
We meet between 10.30 and 11 a.m. for coffee and chat. We may then go south over the bridge for great views of the river, waterfall, winter woods with church tower peeping through, Slane Mill etc. etc. Then back for coffee or stronger.
IN the event of bad weather I have a contingency plan!
