Event Description

This workshop is designed to give you guidance in developing process, the skills and confidence to create compelling portrait and figure drawings.

Drawing and painting a compelling work if art, is as much about learning to sharpen our judgement and our own voice of what to add/ or subtract to make our drawings better. We will work on skills, but also concepts, style and execution. The goal is to give you the knowledge, motivation and confidence to create your own individual works of art.

Students may work in conte and/ or charcoal. I will give demonstrations each day and also plenty of individual critiques.

We will work hard and have a good time doing it!
