This weeks paint out were in the picturesque village of Portnoo. You will be spoilt for choice in subject matter in this coastal cove eg, quaint wee white washed cottages, fishing boats of every kind, fishing paraphernalia, sea, sand dunes, caravan park, golf, wee lane ways , old sheds, kayaking, rocks..etc etcMeet up in the old part of the fishing village by the pier at noon .Bring along your lunch, chair and masks.Social distancing is still a must to everyone safe..See you all there.See More

14th annual Art in the Open plein air painting festival. With another year battling Covid, we are playing it 'Safety First' by arranging 3 days of painting in or near Wexford with awards and exhibitions of each day's paintings on Wexford Quay from 5 - 6pm. Good to hear from you. I 100% agree with you that you should head to Westport. It is good to keep uo with the kids, I think it gives you and them a boost and you will enjoy the paint out.

yes, I'm sure we could organise a Paintout at some point. Has the spring arrived ? I'm never quite sure and still a little nervous about venturing out.

Hi Bernadette ! I'm not sure yet whether I'm going to Wexford for the AITO this year ? Maybe you've seen my current exhibition of paintings ' The Quiet Coast ' at the An Grianan Theatre Letterkenny for the rest of this month ?
