Thank you all for  making last saturday a very enjoyable day despite the weather.  A big thank you to Brendan Mathews from the Tidy Towns Committee for taking the time to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for Ardee,  and for his help in showing us around the town. .  Here are a few photos from the day (thanks to Dee) and I hope Sally is not too sore after all her efforts with those bollards.

"Now Sal, you dont need to move the poles, here is how you get the perspective, you put the pencil up your nose and then you draw a line from it to the vanishing point...............

Excuse me I was up at the convent as well - but I got no coffee, tea OR biscuits (and it was VERY cold).

And Michael got coffee and biscuits while painting in the convent grounds - not where did the rest of us go wrong ?

Sally is really putting a lot of effort into pushing over the bollard.  LOVE the co-ordination of gloves and bag!  The more I look at it, the funnier it is.  They will remember PEBV in Ardee
