Yes I must admit my version was done from photos provided to me and one had lovely silhouettes of children walking along the edge with their fishing rods.  So changed the scale of the boat and added the silhouettes. Have to find the photo.

Thats an interesting fact re sun - havent got out north dublin enough this summer. An artist friend took this off my hands - when I asked he why she liked it - she couldn't articulate; I sometimes think views need people somewhere to complete them - what do you think?

Think I did a water colour of this boat as a commission for a friend.  Will post if I find photo. Skerries is the only place on the east coast where the sun sets over water.  Lovely reflections.
