Ditto I was thinking of heading there as well but not in this weather. Ill do some painting at home instead unless there's a big improvement overnight.

Many thanks Phil. It was a challenge with the weather and I was thinking of painting with PEBV tomorrow, but with more rain already started, I think I will try some studio work for the weekend.

Thanks Deirdre. I'm sure you saw the several rainbows during the course of the afternoon and it was a challenge to include it in the picture. You must have been in a different spot - sorry we didn't meet up.

Nice one John. That rainbow appeared in Skerries too.  The whole painting has an air of optimism - hope of Spring.

Thanks Cinnie. Pity I missed you. I was in the Harbour Bar at about 11.05 and waited until 11.30. I found Valerie and Barbara painting in their cars when I went out. Given the conditions, I had to do this one in the car also.
