Thanks Dick, the weather was very kind in Rush on that day, which gave me time to work on the detail. Although my cabbages are somewhat fresher and more more robust than those that were in the field!

A perfect painting of that wonderful farm and a well deserved prize John.  You produced wonderful paintings this week  - here you are painting this scene I think as I was hiding away in the yard but spotted you when I went out to pick up a few spuds for the dinner.
