Event Description
American artist David Diaz works in oil, watercolors, and pastel and resides in Wexford's twin city of Annapolis Maryland. He has taught art for 32 years and is a member of the Mid Atlantic Plein Air Painters. David recently won the Caruso Award for Plein Air Painting at the Maryland Federation of Art.
