Hi Niamh, I've never used it, but an RSS is a way of letting people know You have posted something and you put the URL from where it is in the address field usually.
If you want to do a Paint out use the Event Column to do so, its on the line across from the Main Column, and its self explanatory
Its a news feed and usually scrolls horizontally at bottom of page
