Comment by Valerie Syms Martin on February 25, 2017 at 9:41: Some of the paintings I had in the exhibition. Paula and I developed a co-operative system for hanging the stuff. She is good to work with. The whole idea of having one developed almost out of thin air. Paula was a member of a life drawing group I was in, and she began to join us on plein air outings. We began musing that we needed a show, and three month later we had one! We both got more than a respectable number of red dots, so that is really encouraging.

We often go out or paint still life inside with very little advance notice. During the winter we painted indoors, but we are dying to get back outside now. Svetlana or I will put up events during the year.
